There may be a switch near the front door that is labeled battery disconnect or something similar. On my rig this controls a solenoid in the back electrical compartment, the solenoid shuts off all 12 volt to the house.

If you have a switch flip in on/off and see if that fixes it.

If not and you have the solenoid it may be bad, they are known to fail and you can bypass if by just connecting the 2 large cables together and tape up the small wire.

The switch is off right now but it make no difference on or off goes not work. The light underneathh on but step will do nothing. I still do not have any 12 volt lights inside that works already check fuses.

I agree with Jim. There should be a 12VDC cutoff switch around the door somewhere. My 12VDC cutoff relay has gone bad twice! The last time I just bypassed the relay since I never used the switch anyway.

Look in the electrical compartment near the batteries for a relay labeled "Battery cutoff" or something similar. Use a DC voltmeter to check for voltage on each of the large red wires on the relay. If you get 12VDC on one red wire and not the other then the relay is bad or the switch is turned off. You can just put the two large red wires on the same terminal post to bypass the relay.

If I bypass the relay will it correct all the 12V if no fuses are bad? Also does the 12 volt stay hot all the time? If so just make sure all 12 volts stuff is off what about fridge and water heater will it run batteries down even though you are hooked up to shore power?
