1995 Monaco Windsor Flooring

I am wanting to remove the carpet and hard wood form my unit and install hardwood. I have the kind that needs to be glued down. Is the sufficient underlayment to glue this flooroing to? The previous owner had water leaks and it has a bad odor that I am in hopes is in the carpet and will go away when i put in new flooring.

We had a leak from the ice maker, and it really got the carped smell going. We took the carpet out (left the tile), and replaced it with wood. No issues with the sub-floor, it came out great.

It shows dirt more than carpet, but it does not conceal 20 pounds of dirt in its fibers either.

Your underlayment is OSB. If, when you remove the carpet, there is no water damage, you will be fine. IF- you find some damage- repost here so we can help with the reconstruction
