1997 HR Vacationer won't start!

Went to start up my RV yesterday and also exercise the Onan 7000 Gennie. First off the gennie turned over fine but no start. Fuse F2 10A (Fuel pump) on the gennie was blown. Replaced fuse and tried again. When I hit the start switch, the fuse blew again. Then went to start the RV and it cranks fine, but no start. Not a good day! Will troubleshoot tomorrow. Any ideas??

How long since the genny has been ran? Long enough for fuel to turn to sludge? Just thinking either the fuel pump is gummed up and pulling to much power causing the fuse to blow. Or possibly just the pump has gone or about to die and pull excessive power causing fuse to blow.
