1998 Beaver Marquis Tourmaline

Thanks again to everyone who helped me with looking at the 05 Monaco last week.

This week I stumbled across this unit for sale in Everett,WA. Beaver Marquis

The limited research I've done on the Beaver brand is that the better units were built prior to the buyout in 2000ish?

This unit is the higher end(?) Tourmaline model. I attempted to download a brochure but couldn't find any. If anyone has a brochure link, I would be grateful.

This unit has new tile in the kitchen and bathroom which really looks great. I like the mid entrance door. Not sure what to think about the Aquahot system. From what I can see in the pictures, it looks in good condition. 28K mi.

Any and all comments are welcome. Thank you.

Remodeling (updates) look good.
Beaver were top on the line at that time.
Price seem a little hi considering age of the unit. I would like to see the service records and when the tires were last replaced. Ask the dealer if they are including a paid up 3 year bumper to bumper warranty and a complete written service check of the entire couch inside and out, hoses, clamps, filters, engine, ect, inside~doors, drawer, sink drains, ect. May help you get to a fair price.
