1998 Monaco Dynasty on a Freightliner chassis electrical issues

Having an issue with pretty much everything on the steering column not working.

Horn
Hazards
Blinkers

Also the radio and reverse lights don’t work

Checked all fuses what else should I check?

In the fuse compartment in front of the drivers side wheel there’s a red wire coming in on the left fuse blocks and a black wire coming in on the right fuse block. Should they both have constant power or should only one have power?

This is a new to use coach.

Have you contacted Freightliner to see if you can get a wiring diagram then contact Monaco to see if you can get a coach wiring diagram?
Your dealing with two separate 12vdc systems, the chassis and the coach.
It's a clean nicely laid out electrical compartment and not a rats nest you see on some of the older rigs. Wish I was closer, I'd love to sniff it out.
I can see your heading in the right direction with that test light in the first photo.
Hopefully a member with like coach will chime in with info.
Keep us posted.

Aren't all Dynasties on Roadmaster chassis?
I found a ground bar on firewall up and to right with the genny open. I believe there's another one under the dash pad.
Off the top of my head one side of fuse area gets powered with key on. One chassis live all the time batt connect on. Other when coach battery disconnect solenoid is powered.
I had some bad connections between the spades and relays. I gave spades a squeeze and relay males a cleaning by gripping with needle nose pliers. But your issue seems pretty localized to the column .

Yes, the Dynasty is built on a Roadmaster chassis manufactured in Oregon by Monaco Coach Corp.
Sounds like one of the relays is bad.

As Vito said, your chassis is a roadmaster, not freightliner. There is a wiring diagram for a 2001 Dynasty in the files section.
of course in the three years there are likely differences. (https://www.irv2.com/forums/download...do=file&id=265).

You may find other info as well in https://www.irv2.com/forums/downloads.php

You can also contact Monaco Coach and give them your VIN#. Their website is
