1999 Beaver Contessa Headlights / King Bed Set-up

A lot of time MH manufacturers use automotive headlights for their rigs. I have a 1999 41' Beaver Contessa and I am trying to figure out which headlights they used. Anyone know ??????????

Also, the literature shows an option for a King bed in this rig. Anyone know how they accomplished this ?? I assume one or both of the nightstands disappears to accommodate the larger size mattress............. If you have changed out a non slide queen bedroom to a king bedroom, let me know what was involved............

Thanks in advance for any help !

Is it really July already ??

You are correct , It is July , just barely still Canada Day here on the west coast.
You eliminate all but 4" of bed side tables to install a king size bed, haven't done it , just know. If you sleep on your side you need to be able to sleep with your nose on the wall/window.

If you could post a picture of your headlights or all the numbers off the lens , someone will be able to help. Several posts on restoration if yellowing is your problem.

There are DOT and part numbers on the lens. You should be able to google them.

From the picture the actual headlights look like a 5x7 sealed beam, should be a glass lens . My 84 K car had them .
Now the surround & park lenses , that's the "Rest of the story"

EDIT: Wish that was the set up on my coach, beats the H..l out of the yellowing plastic, early 90's ford p/u , that I've got.

headlight replacement

I just changed the headlights on my 98 Ticonderoga. It uses an 87-91 Ford F150 headlight. Yours may be the same. I purchased a pair on ebay for $166. You have to remove the actual lamp assembly from the mounting plate which is a matter of removing 3 screws. Took me about 30 minutes per headlight. Be careful to measure how far the adjustment screws stick out before unscrewing though.
