2000 Endeavor Aux Heater Fan Replacement

The aux heater (heater in the bedroom that uses engine coolant) doesn't work on my RV. It's getting voltage but the fan doesn't seem to be working (over 200 ohms resistance).

I'm wondering if anyone has tried to replace the blower motor on this and knows the cross reference as I imagine there's a cheap part to replace it. I can disassemble the thing and get the fan out, but if there's a simple to acquire part I can order first so I can just fix it all at once, all the better.

I could replace the entire unit, but all the various self-contained heater units like it that I'm finding are $150+ and would require modifications to the existing setup. It would be nice to not have to mess with that.

Pic below for reference of what I'm talking about.
