Mike, probably the best move overall... That was a project that would take a long time to complete.

Good luck on finding a newer coach, I'd suggest an 05-07 would be best for you--less emissions issues, yet well built and comfortable.

Please know your work documenting your journey is still encouraging others. I'd say my rot and rodent infestation is probably worst than yours. I have a fully demo'd '99 Endeavor in my backyard and your pictures have educated me on the floor construction.
