You will have to remove the plastic dash and be extremely careful its easy to damage. II would replace the dash screws with the screws in the past as the monaco furnished screws are the problem with the screw holes busting out.

What I did on our Monaco Dash where it cracked in the taper screw holes is, remove and sand the area coat with JB weld put a small piece of metal flashing and clamp for a few hrs using pieces of Plexiglas under the clamps to keep from sticking and going to black flat top screw. The box says Au-Ve-Co Products, or Auto-Vehicle Products. The screws are #0162744, or #12215, Phillips flat top washer hd. tapping screws. They measure #8 x 3/4 inch and are black screws. # 8x 1” 0162745.
