2000 Monaco Dynasty 38’ Diesel source for outside bay fuse strips in bay under driver

Need to replace - corroded internally behind fuses. Where can we get replacement fuse strips? Are they pricy

The black boxes the fuses are set in need to be replaced I think. Corrosion behind fuses in the slot. Probably wouldn’t work to use electrical cleaner and diamond flat file to clean it. I could damage something right?

My '97 has an identical setup in the front power distribution bay. My bottom fuse holders are also corroded due to previous owner not replacing the top weather-stripping on the door, letting rain/water in. I washed the coach and when I later opened the bay door a flood of water came pouring out (weather stripping was intact except for the top edge!).

I found these that look like they would work: https://www.amazon.ca/Electop-Negati...s%2C179&sr=8-9

2000 Monaco Dynasty 38' Diesel Fuse Bay below driver seat outside

Were you able to clean yours or did you have to replace them and the Amazon link is where you found them? What did you do with the corrosion?

No, I haven't done anything with mine yet.

Fortunately the bottom row on mine was empty or used as spares so no functional impact currently. They are unsightly though, so was also thinking about picking up some replacements.

Best way to get the identical fuse bus bars are to find a wrecked one in a junk yard and purchase from there. If they are corroded and rusty you should find where the water is coming in. I had that problem and it was in the upper portion between the compartment and the inside/underside portion of the fender area. If you get what I mean.

I had water intrusion in my fuse compartment in my 2002 Windsor. The window above it, the channels were plugged, so I blew them out with compressed air and it stopped leaking into the compartment. Best of luck
