2000 Monaco Dynasty York 34FT FD D/P

I have been doing some looking and found this one. Not knowing alot about MH and being a Ford guy what do you guys think. Looks super clean and what do you think of the price. I would like to get a 2 or 4 slide (more $$) in a 36' but if I could get it for 60k what do you think and is the ISC a wet sleave motor where you have to check the coolant all the time like my 7.3 Here is the link. Thanks for any help on this.

It looks nice. The ISC is a wet sleeve engine. Price is high retail, but in defense of the seller, it does have a Girard electric patio awning and a hydro-hot heat system, which is rare on a 2000 Dynasty. Offer them $50k a see what happens

A positive thing about that short of a coach is its hot rod like power to weight ratio. It probably weighs around 30k Lbs, and with a 350hp engine, NICE!

We had a 40' Tiffin Phaeton with 4 slides and now a 40' Dynasty with 2 slides. The Tiffin obviously had more room with the slides out but while under way, you had to walk sideways between the couches. The 2 slide has plenty of room both under way and at camp.
