2001 Dynasty door close switch

I noticed my entry Attachment 301454Attachment 301455door closed switch is broken. Anyone have a part number it’s a ford key pad system on my 2001 dynasty.

Jeff, your image did not post, but if it looks something like this, it's a minivan sliding door switch.


I recall replacing this on my 03 Dynasty, I had to trim the flange on one side to make it fit. I do not recall where I bought it. This one is on ebay.
