2002 Beaver Contessa Info. please

We will be looking at a 2002 Beaver Contessa Naples tomorrow. It has 72000 miles on a Cat 370 engine. I'm aware of the brake recall and to pay close attention to the Hurricane heating system operation and also that an oil and transmission fluid analysis should be done.. Is there anythings else I should be looking at? Any thoughts on this MH would be appreciated. Thanks!

The 02 Contessa is a great coach but If your not familiar with DP RV systems you'll save a little grief by using a good RV inspection company. You can google them, but I've used https://nrvia.org/ in the past. The inspection includes fluids and recall info.

If you do it yourself, start with what you talked about but also Look for water damage around and above the entry door and windows, get service records if they have them.

Good Luck

You really need to pay and have both chassis and house inspected by people who know what they are doing. Should be less than $1000 for both and may save you a ton in the long run...
