2002 Endeavor ceiling speakers

I am the new owner of a used diesel pusher. There are 4 ceiling speakers that are 6 inch diameter. There are also 2 more in the bedroom ceiling and 2 additional smaller speakers above the bed in the cabinets. The previous owners removed the radios. I am trying to find where the wires terminate to hook up a new radio head unit. There is currently no dashboard radio.

Are the ceiling speakers powered by a home theater receiver or a dashboard type radio? There is an added Sony surround sound speaker package, but no receiver. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. Chris

Hi Chris, I have a 2002 diplomat which is the Monaco version of the endeavor. The speakers in my ceiling are hooked up to the dash radio. There is also a switch on the rear slide to turn the rear speakers off/on. The surround sound had 4 speakers in the front with a woofer and were controlled by a surround sound amp in the cabinet to the left of the tv. I do not have the 2 additional speakers above the bed that you mention

A quick way to find out which pair of wires go to which speaker is to use a 9V battery. Just a fast touching to any pair of wires will give you a loud pop from those speakers. Note, I said a quick tap. Do not connect anything!
