I just replaced the 3rd brake light on my motorhome (SAE U3 99 DOT) with LED, thought Id share the info for others.
AT-LED-28SMT

The light is 9.8 inches long and is exact fit for the original.

You can get this light at Ebay, Amazon and other stores.
Cost is around $25

Thanks for that info. My friend has a 2004, 50th addition, that has always been garage kept and it looks showroom new inside and out. The only blemish on it is that rear tailight that looks cloudy and he couldn't find an LED that would fit. I called him today and he is going to order it.
