2002 Holiday Rambler vacationer: LEAKS IN THE WALLS
I have re-caulked all seams on roof, windows, & outside walls, yet still experiencing major leaks in walls that are rotting the sub-floor, molding the carpet, etc.
Does anyone know of a solution or a reputable dealer/repair service/any company on the east coast that can help me?

Personally I would "google" RV Repair (where you live), and then check their Yelp reviews etc.

Are you sure the problem is coming from the roof? I had the same situation and discovered that there was a two inch hole drilled in the bottom of my coach for wire access or something, but there was nothing in the hole and my carpet covered it. When driving on rainy days or when washing the coach, my carpet would get soaked and the floor near the hole was rotting out in the bedroom. I pulled up part of the carpet, then used an air compressor and blew out all the rotten wood. I used blow in foam to fill the hole and the damage to the floor. I then patched the carpet. The hole was located in one of the rear wheel wells.

If your exterior sidewalls are aluminum sheet and not fiberglass then there is a vinyl screw cover that runs front to rear at the window elevation ,if this screw cover is caulked on the top and bottom it will fill up with water ,it leaks in at some failed caulking at the windows ,when this fills up with water it flows to the inside of the wall thru the screws and open holes that were used to work the metal during manufacturing the easy fix is to remove the caulking on the bottom side if the cover .
