Does anyone have the chassis wiring diagram for the 2002 Windsor that shows the wiring for the headlights, turn signals, etc.? Thanks!

Joe,
Attached is a 2002 Windsor Wiring diagram, not sure if it shows the head lights.

When you open it hit CTRL5 and the picture will clear right up. You can use the search function once you figure out the key words.

Thanks Jim! I can't tell anything about it, just too small. I wonder if I could put it on a thumb drive and take it to a print shop for a large print?

If you go to the Files section above and do a search on Windsor, you will find the wiring diagram for a 2000 Windsor which I previously uploaded. Hope this helps.

Joe,
You can zoom in to enlarge and the print screen view to a PDF for a specific area. I do this all the time.

You might be able to take it somewhere and get a larger printed copy.

Jim, do you have a blown-up copy of that diagram? If so, would you look at the left turn signal wiring and see if you can find anywhere it could be connected somehow to the headlight circuit? This problem with my left turn signal is driving me nuts!

Don't have a printed copy.

I did do a search and see a couple possibilities,

The turn single lever on the steering column also has a high low function for the lights, it might be a short in the switch.

Second place is the wiring harness connector itself for the front light, could be sorted there and/or moisture in the harness.

These are the only two locations where the light and signal powers could interact based on my quick look at the schematics.

Thanks Jim! I appreciate that!

BTW, where is that wiring harness connector located?

I believe the wiring harness is located fairly close to the headlight assembly, you should be able to trace the wires back to it.

FWIW, I had one of my headlight harnesses get hot and melt, I had to replace. Probably from the small gauge wire that supplies power to the headlight. I know there is a relay install that fixes this but haven't done it yet. If you've replaced with LED bulbs for the headlight it would reduce amperage requirements.

The wires from the headlights are enclosed in the plastic wrap for protection and go into a HUGE group of wires that would make it impossible to trace them without cutting all the cable ties and separating the group!
