The resistor pack creates a great deal of heat, so it's either in the open under the hood or often tucked inside the plenum so it is cooled by the air flow created by the fan. Try to trace the wires from the dash HVAC control and see where they go. If they duck into the plenum or go through the bulkhead to the front you'll know where to look.

Not going to share the location? It could help others (like me) down the road when theirs fail.

For the blower resistor, look on the passenger side in the front generator compartment, black box about 12x12,high up towards the top you will see 4 wires on a black connector, thats the resistor pack, 2 screws and it comes out.

Sorry, was tired...ok if you stand on the passenger side of the generator door and reach in and up at a 45 degree angle toward the right outside mirror mount. It is mounted toward the cabin on the upper angle area of the return air box. You can actually see the plug but the 2 Philips screws that hold it are blind to you. Also, when you get the screws out (which actually was fairly easy) it is siliconed in so you have to gently pry it away then unplug it
