Awesome coach. When you pick it up recheck everything one last time. Once you drive away, it is yours. Tell them you just want to make sure you know how everything works. I hope you have driven it before signing papers.

Up all night? Yep been there before and had to drive 12 hrs to pick ours up. We spent the first night in the coach on the dealers lot and made sure everything worked as promised. Guess I'm not very trusting...but Hey! it is a lot of money.

It's a big upgrade for us!

It's definitely way more coach than we ever expected much less had in our faithful little coachmen! We will definitely have a final walk through inspection as we too feel it's a lot of money and want to be both completely satisfied and confident we know exactly what we are getting. We do not expect a brand new coach as it is a used unit, but we expect all systems to be working properly before she rolls a tire off the lot!! With that being said, this is our second coach to purchase from this dealer and both buying experiences have been mostly positive and personable! Love the relationship that was built with our first purchase and carried over into each shopping trip we've made. When we called and said we were ready to start looking to upgrade they made the process so easy by notifying us the day after they received this coach in trade! Didn't even list it and had 4 other buyers lined up to look at it but after our walk through in case we decided not to buy. They were awesome! We pretty much made the purchase by phone and the inspection was formality to seal the deal unless we found something they were unwilling to fix at the quoted price! Awesome sales service!

Did you get all the manuals with it.

Did they have a copy of the data or build sheet which lists most of the main components by manufacturer, model, and SN, this is good to have when you are looking for parts or trouble shooting.

You can get a PDF copy of the operators manual here
Monaco RV Owners Manuals | Monaco Coach
For some reason they don'e show a 2003 but a 2002 or 2004 will provide similar info.

I would also recommend you register yourself as the new owner with Monaco, they will have lots of info if you ever need it.

I would suggest you request a PDF copy of the wiring diagrams, comes in handy and easier to use then the paper copies.

New question

This coach doesn't have jacks...it levels using the air ride system. We have absolutely NO experience with this... Do you love it or hate it or does it even matter and why? Will we have more movement in our parked coach when walking because we aren't on a hard Jack surface?

Ours is air leveling, no jacks, and I LOVE it! There's always a thread on here about someone having problems with the hydraulic jacks!
