2004 Beaver Monterey - Kitchen plumbing access

I recently purchased a 2004 Beaver Monterey. I have a leak under the kitchen cabinet in the kitchen sink drain. The previous owner must have had the same problem because he has cut access holes in the back on the bottom kitchen cabinet to access it. I can't believe they built these things without some way to access the plumbing under the kitchen sink and cabinets. Any suggestions? (the leak is in a rubber connector that connects 2 2" pvc pipes.). Super easy fix if I could get to it.

On our 05 Monterey the panel to the left of the slide-out pantry snaps off to access the plumbing

Should not be tripping the over temp. There are two systems, one with 1 main thermostatic switche in the aqua hot and another with Two. If yours has two I would recommend checking out the 120v thermostat.
