2004 Diplomat Rear Slide Out gear

Hi everyone....first time posting on the forum. I have two broken teeth on my rear bedroom slide out gear (I will attach two pictures). Rv is a 2004 Diplomat DST model. This is the rear bedroom slide on the driver's side. Slide will still go in and out with a little help from me gently guiding it in as my wife retracts it using the button. Wondering if anybody has any idea what gear this is, where I can get, or what I can do to fix it. I have not removed it yet (RV is in storage in Minnesota), but I'd like to do it this spring. Any help finding parts or experience with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Shawn

Do you know what make/model the slide is??? There should be a sticker on it somewhere.

I don’t know off hand. It’s in storage, so I could take a look next time I go check on the RV.

search for "powergear" slide gears. Count the number of teeth, width, and shaft diameter.
they are available.
Check the cam followers also.

Are those the Lippert gears? I've seen those....wasn't sure if they'd be the correct gear or not, so that's kind of why I came to the forum.

Most likely Lipert. They buy their competitors.

ID:	356435Here’s the page from the parts manual for a 2006 Dip. Should be the same as far as I can tell.

You can find it in the Lippert website at

Hope the helps.
