2004 Endeavor Ignition Switch

I need to replace the ignition cylinder and switch. It appears to be from late 80's or 90's ignition switch and cylinder from a Chevy van.

Has anyone replaced their cylinder and switch if so do have a part numbers?

You don't have to replace the cylinder, the switch can be changed by itself

Thank you I purchased the parts, that is the correct one for the switch, GM 12356033 and the
AC Delco # D1406A

The cylinder GM# 00695450 and the AC Delco # D1499A
