Ken, Welcome to iRV2.
Sorry I can't help with your Norcold problem, looked at your post because I thought I might be able to help with a chassis problem.

If you don't get any answers, in a day or two, you might try a post, titled
" Norcold error code on 50 amp, only " in the " RV Systems and appliances " forum, I think you would get more views and replies.

A few questions.
Has this been a problem at multiple 50 amp service parks or just one?
Do you have any kind of surge protector on your coach?
Do you get the same code if running off your gen set?

Your code is most likely SR. This is a link to information on the SR code: Norcold RV Refrigerator Showing "SR" Code, Not Cooling - Norcold Parts
