2004 Monaco Windsor 40PDQ - 4th slide stuck

I have a 2004 Monaco Windsor 40pdq with 4 slides. The bedroom dresser slide (opposite of the bed) will not retract. I have identified what I believe is the issue, which is a burnt up control board. The problem I am having is:
1. I cannot find the replacement part anywhere. We have calls into some salvage yards but haven't heard back. Rev Group says they don't have one and don't know what the replacement would be.
2. I can't figure out where/how to manually retract the slide (it has 2 motors). I am assuming I will have to reconstruct the dresser and/or the slide base.

Anyone that can drop some knowledge would be greatly appreciated

Here is a link to the part I am looking for: https://controlrepair.com/shop/power...control-108244

Did you try Lippert? They bought power gear.

I had this exact issue on my 2004 PDQ, here is exact fix for me anyway. I ordered a spare at that price.

I am not saying that power gear board is not the issue but I think that is to make sure you can't move two slides at once. If it looks burned up, ok fine maybe that is it. The PDQ was the 3 slide unit with 4th added in.

Most likely it is an electric slide? I only have one bedroom slide, and the motor is accessable under the bed, I can see the power wire to the motor. In an emergency situation, I will just bypass and control boards (which mine doesn't have), and feed 12v directly to the motor.

Bedroom Slide stopped working

I have a 2003 Holiday Rambler 40' Endeavor. My bedroom slide stopped working with the motor still spinning but not going in and out. I took apart the bed myself to get to it. I took pictures of the motor, thinking that was the problem, and found out motor is no longer available. If needed there are places that rebuild them. Once I had the motor out it was discovered the "Key" in the gear broke. For $1.00 I bought a new "Key" at NAPA and all fixed-back working perfect.

By the way, if you really suspect that board and you have 3 slides that move, just move the plugs on the board around and you can get the slide to move.
I tried that and how I discovered what the real problem was (the slide board I posted) and also I was told I was like the first person ever to have this problem.

My 2004 40PDQ has the dual synced motors for that bedroom slideout also.
When I first got it, it would not function at all sometimes... Other times it would start weakly then stop.

I ended up opening the dual sync control box (located in my battery compartment). I found the screw that attaches the incoming power wires to the circuit board was loose and had a bunch of corrosion on the inside where an internal nut secured it to the circuit board. It looked fine on the outside where a nut holds the red wire to it. I took it apart and cleaned it up then put it back together.... Has worked perfect ever since.

Pic below shows head of screw and circuit board that the positive red wire attaches to and is circled in yellow. Negative black wire is on other side.

have you swapped the hot wire on the back of the bed room wall switch That is how I got my slide in. it is a duel module and one side still works.
