I have the same coach as you but with a Monaco nameplate. Being that it's 15 y/o I am frequently having to clean and wire brush electrical connections and replace switches and indicator lights. A spray on contact cleaner and small brass wire brush will do a very much better job than a clean towel will.
When you checked the heater did you run the controller up to its maximum temperature of 80°F? It's a common mistake to misdiagnose a heater by not running the selected temperature up high enough.

FL420..heater works well..glad we could check with full propane tank..heat pump works well also..my husband couldn't figure out what was wrong..when he took rig for check person did diagnostic and said roof top a/c needed replacing. To spend that kind of money is not a problem it's just we don't RV often due to a school age child..so my husband went and purchased a portable air conditioner for the front of the RV and it cools faster than the RVs a/c [emoji4]. So for now problem solved[emoji4]

Might be silly now, but I hope you checked your front ac “breaker”. You referenced fuses. Mine did exactly the same thing yesterday, so I came here to see what advice was given. my breaker was tripped. Problem solved. Thank goodness.
