On the '05 Windsor, it is in the bath area going into BR. 2 switches together, for front ceiling & BR. If U have a mystery switch, that doesn't control anything, your ceiling lights might be turned off. Check switch on side of fixtures.

Bruce,
Your coach is a 2005 so it may not be the same as ours but the light switch for the bedroom interior ceiling light in our coach is near the nightstand for the bed on the side of the bed facing the front. There are two switches there and one is for the bedroom and the other is a two way switch that turns off the ceiling lights in the front area. Those same lights have another switch at the entry door. If you have that configuration you are most likely going through florescent lamps like crazy on those ceiling fixtures. That is because Monaco did not use a large enough size wire for such a long run and there is a large voltage drop. The fixtures are only getting about 10.5 volts. We replaced ours with LED lamps to reduce the current draw and that solved the problem.

Also be aware that many ceiling fixtures have their own light switch on the fixture itself. If that switch is turned off, no other switch will be able to turn it on, and you will go crazy trying to find the wall switch that controls that light.

In our 2005 40PDQ, there are two switches underneath the cabinet over the bed. The rear-most switch controls the bedroom ceiling fixture. The other one is a second switch for the front ceiling fixtures. Also as another poster noted, be sure that the switch on the fixture itself is turned on.

On the other side of the bed in the nightstand there is a switch that turns off the radio. I inadvertly turned it off. Beware if you turn it off with that switch the radio will not turn on at the radio.
Ask me how I know, I really pulled out my hair on that one.
