2005 Monaco Diplomat Heater problems

I recently purchased a Used (3rd owner) 2005 Monaco Diplomat 40 ft and I have been trying to get acquainted with it.
I used the heater This last week and the slide that contains the heater is the only vents that work.
Isnít the Atwood heater Supposed to blow hot air through the floor vents ( it doesnít) or is there something else I need to do.
Thanks, mike

Hi Mike; A friend of mine has a 2005 Camelot and I can not remember if his heaters are Atwood or Suburban. I think the duel furnaces are controlled by 2 zones, not sure of this as my 01 Windsor has just 1 furnace as it's only 34' long. My friend could not get one of his furnaces to light, the other one did. He pulled the outside access cover off and wiggles all the wire connections he could get to. TaDa. The other furnace took right off. Might be worth a look. You might have to check your owners manual for instructions on running both furnaces at the same time as I am not accustomed to the 2 furnace configuration. If none of this works see if the Atwood has a trouble shooting section in the manual. Good luck!
