2005 Monaco Dynasty Circuit Boards Part2

Hi Everyone,

First of all, please disregard my earlier post regarding the circuit boards in my Dynasty. I was looking at the wrong pictures as I was writing. Getting “old” I guess!!!

As I mentioned in my earlier post, the tech replaced Circuit Board 9 because the instrument cluster was not working. Once replaced, the gauges were working but so many other things went wrong. In essence, all the commands are backwards. To go to travel mode, must use the dump air button but the coach will not stay in travel mode, the parking light remains on while traveling and wil go off only when the parking brake is engaged. The ABS light comes on until you pump the brakes, etc.

Please note the left side of both circuit boards are the same.

The right side differs as follows:

Orginal board has IGN SIG and BRAKE SIG, the replacement board does not. (The reason the tech ran new wire and separate fuse to get the brake lights to work)

The replacement board has a 10A BAG DMP CAMAIR fuse, the original did not.

The replacement board has a 10A TRANS IGN fuse, the original did not.

The tech said the fix is simple. He is having a Monaco Tech come out and reverse the wiring on the repalcement board so all systems work correctly. I am concerned that the coach may not be safe to operate prior to repairing this issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

My board is a 73-00831-001. I'm surprised you did not try to repair the old board. Very simple. Here is the schematic.
