2005 Monaco Dynasty Engine to radiator parts

Hi all,
I have a 2005 DYNASTY with a ISL-02-400 engine with a side radiator manufactured by Trans Pro.
I need to replace cooling pipes/hoses going to and from the engine, to and from the radiator. Some parts are metal pipe others are hoses.
Anyone know where I can find these parts?
Many thanks.
Bruce

Bruce, these parts were specified buy Monaco Coach Corp which is no longer in business.
However, they are common coolant pipes and hoses used on other large diesel vehicles. I would take the old pipes and hoses to a heavy diesel parts place or a good NAPA auto store and have them match them up.

Have you tried to clean up the old metal pipes? I took mine to a powder coating shop and they sand blasted and powder coated them. Looks better than new.

Thanks

I have not pulled them off the coach yet, but that’s a good thought. The lower pipe is showing some signs of rust so I thought they should be replaced but maybe not.

Hi Bruce; On my previous 2000 Monaco Windsor and my new to us 2001 Monaco Windsor I had the same situation you just described. On both coaches I knocked off some of the surface rust and painted the coolant pipes with Hamerite paint in a can that you brush on. You put it right over rust. It is tough stuff. Has worked for me and was not that hard to do the job. A quart goes a long way. I use the same stuff when redoing my battery trays. Wash all the battery acid off and let dry. Brush off the loose stuff and apply the paint. It even seems to be resistant to battery acid as I have never had to redo the trays in both coaches. Just a suggestion to save a lot of work!

There was a recent post not sure of exact model list of equivalent high quality hoses were used with some excess cut of some 90s and long lengths cut to length. Steel is easily protected with decent antifreeze I'll bet pipes clean inside.

*edit*.. These won't be the exact tubes you need, as the Diplomat is a rear radiator, but if you contact the company, they probably have what you need.

Bhtubes in PA, just in the middle of completing a complete swap of all hoses, new SS pipes and components for cooling. Talk to Roger or Dee. It’s helpful to send old pipes, they will send back. Here’s my lower pipe to trans cooler they made. I’ll try to remember to post all the pipes tomorrow.

Here’s the new SS tubes that were built by BHtubes in PA. They do a great job. Exact fit of originals.

Do you mind if I ask how much BNP charged you to make your radiator pipes?

To include a couple I had completed over a year ago, this includes new CAC boots, all SS clamps. Total 1,400 with 200 of this shipping. Plenty of weight. All CAC pipes also.

Nice

Looks like they did a very nice job fabricating the pipes. I was referred here from another person that looked at your host and remembered the fabrication company. Glad we have this forum to share information like this!!!!
