2005 Monaco Monarch Help

I am a new member to the forum but, recently did a lot of reading on here before recently purchasing a 2005 monaco monarch. We have throughly enjoyed the motorhome and camping. It had a couple of issues that I was able to repair my self with the help of everyone here's posts.

On our last trip to a nearby state park my check engine light came on but there weren't any obvious problems even after checking my gauges and fluid levels etc. I have an automotive scanner and when I returned home I was going to plug it in and scan it to view the problem. However, I can not find the service port. I removed the dog house, looked all under the dash and under the hood. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from each of you.

Pearce, Mine is on a workhorse chassis and is located at bottom edge of driver side dash. 2-3" left of steering column. First I would remove and replace gas cap. If not on correct light will come on. May take a couple start ups before light goes out.

Thanks Mike. I am at work but I swear I checked everywhere. I will look again. Have you ever or you have a programmer of some kind on your Monarch?

Thanks again!
