2006 Beaver 38' Monterey

I'm looking at a 2006 Beaver 38' Monterey, "Huntington" 400 Quad Slide, 41K miles, 400 Cat. My look at it on Tuesday is there anything that I should look at about a 2 hour drive it also has Hydro-Hot hydronic diesel or electric heat (50,000 BTU) looks great so far on the old PC. Thanks for any help on this.
