2006 Beaver Patriot Thunder Tail Lights.
Recently ordered a set from Beaver Coach Sales. They were supplied through REV. The parts mostly the same as the originals (and $300 apiece) but the bolts or studs were not the correct length. I also found it odd that someone had gone to the trouble to cut off part of the manufacturers sticker, leaving only "Driver Side Assembled in Canada" (or passenger side):

If you look closely you can see all the studs on the new ones are .75 inches whereas the old ones were 1.25 inches and 4 inches.
To make them long enough I added an M5 0.8 coupling nut and a piece of threaded rod (cut to length) on the side that needed a 4 inch stud, and on the other there was no room in the installation for a coupler nut, so my neighbour (who has a little machine shop in his garage) took some 1/4 inch bolts, cut the heads off, drilled them on his lathe, and threaded them for M5 0.8.
It is an unpleasant job as the nuts are all blind, the inside of the fibreglass is unfinished and very rough (lots of little stab wounds), the nuts are all rusty and some had corroded to the point where there were fully rounded, and it was very dirty in there. Technically not a challenging job, just unpleasant.

Unfortunately you pay top dollar through BCS. Those tail lights (and headlights) are off a production built car or truck. If you get the SAE number you can figure out what they came from and get a set off Ebay or Amazon and save a bunch of money. But on the headlights the quality of the aftermarket is really bad - so if you ever need a set try to get the OEM (Ford in my case) it's worht the extra cost.
On my '05 PT the headlights are from a 1998-2001 Lincoln Navigator. I don't know what the taillights are since I have not needed to replace yet.
On your taillight studs - did you have the option or removal the old studs and using in the new assemblies?.
The SAE number is on the bottom of the headlight (side of taillight I think) and looks like this:

Mike,
I looked for years and couldn't find them. Even knowing who made them was no help, they make them for the distributors on demand and don't hold inventory. In any case, yes paid through the nose but they had them.
Regarding the studs, here is a comparison as I did pull one - the old ones were just an M5 0.8 threaded rod held in with some epoxy. The new ones have a better thread on the plastic side, but I was reluctant to just thread the rod in since it was already torn up by the new stud. All told it cost me about $5 for the coupler nuts and the bit of rod, my new neighbour Percy was happy to help, he is just that kind of guy. He also helped me re-tune my 445 (stroked 390) in my '69 F100 when we moved here (sea level) from Calgary (3,500 feet):

Nice! Sounds like we have a lot in common - Beavers and Fords.
