2006 Neptune instrument lights question

My 2006 Holiday Rambler Neptune instrument lights are not on or adjustable at the light switch. All other functions work. I have verified the variable power works at the connector. I have three separate instrument gauges (Rpm, Odometer , fuel/temp/
Oil Pressure) Function normal except the back lighting Anyone have this issue in the past ?
Discovered on first over night trip

I had to replace my light switch as the rheostat burnt out. While I was troubleshooting I did find a fuse in my front drivers side electrical bay that was blown that provided power to the lights, I believe it was labeled Ky Sw Feed, 10 amp. The switch also controlled all the lighted switches, which was what I needed as I use a Silverleaf for all the engine readouts but need the switches lite for night driving.

Thanks for the reply. It appears the switch connector was bad. After reassembling the lamps are now operating normally.
While reassembling the dash noticed the alternator earring light had been unplugged. The charging system works but the light stays illuminated. Need to troubleshoot that next.

Do you have a wiring diagram for your coach??

My alternator has a fuse near it that is for that circuit. It is an inline fuse. But there is also an Alt Fail relay in my front drivers side run bay, from memory I believe it is just hanging loose (along with 3-4 other ones).

Any chance you have a picture of the relay for the alternator relay?

One thing I've done over the last ~3 years is start taking pictures of everything and keep them in a folder.
Just by chance I have a picture of the relay
