2007 Cayman XL Winshiel Wipers

The wipers will not stay on the glass during a Texas thunder whopper. Monacy had issued a recall or TSB which only applies to the Dynasty and Endeavor. The danger here is that the wiper assembly can break off if the wipers goeds too far from the w/s. This also happens when an 18 wheeler passes in the oncoming lane. In addition the wiper only covers about 60 percent of the windshield. Any ideas or suggestions?
