2007 Dynasty Issues?

Hi , DW loves high end 2007 Dynasty coaches. We are looking for a TAG in the 40 to 43 size and there are several 2007 Dynastys on the market at pretty low asking prices as compared to NADA low reatail. How do these coaches hold up? Apparently in 2007 Monaco was running up on bankruptcy fast. Also they have got a lot of electronic gear built in. Has that been a problem?

Thanks,

JPL

I have a 2007 Queen IV, build date of April 2006, that I purchased used in May 2013. I have replaced the tires (8) and batteries ((10) : 2 chassis, 8 coach; I have the residential refrigerator) but I knew I needed that going in. As far as electronics failures I have replaced the lift controller for the TV (I have the ceiling mounted unit) and the controller for the step. The lift controller I found used at NW RV in Eugene for $50 and the step controller off Ebay for around $110. Other than the Aladdin compass unit mounted backwards and the odd fuse blowing there have been no other electronic issues. Also the batteries were in poor condition when I purchased the unit with a mix of 6v and 12v house batteries from different eras which may have some bearing on the failures.
The coach handles, tracks and rides very well with the new tires and alignment. Spent the summers of 2013 and 2014 wandering around Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, Idaho, Washington and Oregon and other than a blow out to really underline it was time to replace the tires :-) no issues. Averaged about 7 ½ MPG, maybe wish for a few more horses in the mountain passes but not really a problem.
