2007 Monaco Dynasty passenger seat foot rest

The passenger seat foot rest quit operating on my 2007 Monaco Dynasty Emperor IV and the wife was not happy. The drive motor and cable to the extend/retract mechanism can be seen from the back of the chair. I tried a bunch of outlets to try to find a replacement without luck. However I found a tag under the seat listing the manufacture company, model, and seat number....Villa Company. Got the number off internet (562-404-8111) and talked to Mike who asked me to send pictures of my seat. Turns out he had the drive mechanism in stock. Cost me a $91 (including shipping). We were able to install unit without taking the chair out but there is not a lot of room to work in without taking the chair out. Took us about an hour to remove old unit and install the new one. The plastic gearing and bushings in the old unit were stripped out. Hope this might help someone else out with similar problems. Relatively cheap fix and wifey is now happy.

That's great. I've also had good service from Mike at Villa Int.

I had a similar problem. My passenger seat would not move back and forth. Mike sent me a new motor, at no cost.
