2008 Diplomat 40PDQ

I am looking at a Monaco and would like help in what to watch out for.
Strengths and weaknesses.
If anyone is around Orangewood RV in Surprise, AZ, I would appreciate
you looking at it and letting me know what you think.
The internet is great for searching, however, sucks at touching the real thing when I live in CA.
Thanks,

Hi Steve,
We can probably take a look at the Diplomat you are interested in at Orangewood RV on Friday. Is there anything specific you want us to look at or look for? Any specific questions you want us to ask? We can take additional photos. Let us know.

Thanks for responding Mic,

Photos would be well appreciated!
I would like you to go over it as if you were a serious buyer.
Does everything function well, exterior and interior appearance.
Tires, gel coat, paint, engine and generator function, appliance operation,
upholstery condition, complete manuals and sets of keys.
Does it drive well? Hope you can get on the roof to check the front seam between roof and front cap as well as gel coat on edges and awning protectors.
I've talked to Darrel Nagler on the phone but am at a distinct disadvantage not seeing and driving it.

It's a lot to ask so do whatever you can and thanks Mic!
