2008 Diplomat 40SFT Full Wall Slide Roller

I am seeing the bottom white material of our full wall slide breaking off.

I have read the fix where you apply a metal plate to the bottom. I am wondering if there are rollers under the full slide that I should adjust, as all the white material has scrapes on it. The other two slides on the curb side are electric and the bottom of those slides have rollers and they look fine.

So,,,, Where are the rollers on the Full Wall Slide, I have looked and don't see them.

Just purchased this motor home used a month ago. Sure have learned a lot through this forum, that so much for the education

Wayne,
I have the same model and year coach as you. I dont think there are rollers as in the curb side slides. Rather, it appears the room glides on machined blocks of delrin (white plastic with low friction).

When it warms up here in Saint Louis, I'll be installing a couple stainless slides at the leading and trailing edge of the slide per some posts here. My trailing edge has some gouges in it. Probably from a screw or other foreign object caught between the delrin and the white plastic bottom of the slide.

I've owned my coach for 1 year now. Put about 10k miles on it so far. What a great floorplan!

Wayne,

On my 2007 SFT, the plates were put up tight on each end of the underside of the slide. The work was done by a ex-Monaco employee that knew what he was doing. We spend about 6-8 months a years out in ours and it is a very livable floorplan. Just passed 30k miles.

Looking at a 2008 HR Endeavor 40ft full wall slide, where can I find the proper way to correct the problem with the roller issue.
