Sorry can't see what chassis you have on my tablet.. but.. they are always mounted next to blower motor.. in same housing..
So under hood on pass side.. see if you can find blower motor..
Usually under dash.. on pass side.. use magnet to find screws that hold pass side foot kick plate.. then under there.. hope you can stand on head..
Your cellphone with camera and flash and record is your best friend and fits where your head cannot.. so use it.. while there record up under dash on far left.. there should be control levers and motors.. so use your favorite spray lube and lube those.. try to get any door hinges while there.. if your blower is over 6yrs.. I would pull that.. and use cellphone with camera and flash and record inside housing and hold phone inside far left and right.. critters love to make nest in there.. vac out.. there should be a door there.. lube it..
I would replace blower motor.. if in your budget.. any auto parts store should be able to match it up.. record all wires before you touch them.. just too many to remember
Good luck and let us know what you did and maybe better members then me will help you

Post a pic , the phone app is super easy to do so. A lot of parts are sourced from truck/auto manufacturers . Owners may recognize from an auto even.
What are symptoms....is it physically broken? Or lost all speeds but high , that's usually the separate blower resistor pack/module mounted in duct work for cooling it off.

The dash blower in our 07 Sig wouldn't work. Tried a few different things. Ended up being the relay in the front run box under the driver seat.

schematic
This schematic might help. We have a 2008 HR Endeavor and chased a problem for quite awhile on ours years ago.
It is easy to overlook a blown fuse in the panel below the driver.
I recommend using a 12 volt test light and touch each end of all the fuses.

Are we seeing a rod or capillary tube out of it.
It doesn't look like the pack to me. They usually have a plug with about 4-5 wires most guts are on inside of duct, with a small flange and couple screws. Older ones are just resistor wires newer ones more electronic and heatsink these parts are in duct for cooling. The choice of MH manufacturers is usually popular older than coach auto part. GM and Ford are popular choices for heater controls, fans, HL switches, older MH lights, ignition switches.
