2008 HR Imperial FIJI 44' Questions

I have always had Newmar Coaches but recently a one owner lightly used 2008 HR Imperial has caught my eye. Beautiful coach, right floor-plan etc. I do have some questions about some of the systems that I am not familiar with. Are there still parts and service available and specific issues with
1. Valid - Air Leveling system
2. Valid - Electronic Ride Enhancement System
3. Slide Mechanism
4. Multiplex wiring
5. Intellitec Switches
6. Paint & Sidewalls

Valid is alive and well in BC,Canada. They have parts and tech service. Your sides are probably HWH. No paint or wall issues with 08 Monacos. Multiplex is tricky. Inellitec does bot provide any customer service. But there is a company that sometimes goes to shows and rallies that can work on that system. They are not problematic.

Have a good look at the hydraulic pump in the nose that operates the front 2 slide rooms. They can develop slow leaks where the electric motor and the reservoir mate. It will work fine but just leaks. Complete Pump retails for
@ 1500 in Canada. Our dealer billed my warranty company $2400 for the complete replacement.

Have a good look at the roof lap sealant, chances are you may need to redo it. Not expensive just labour.

I know our Scepter is a model line below the Imperial but I have noticed that they don't have the greatest outer window seals - in particular both upper left and right sides. It could be a Monaco thing,?
I'm still working through a slight leak in ours and actually have it scheduled for a complete windshield R&R later this month.

Air levelling. Slide rooms and multiplex all work fine on our 2008.
