2008 Monaco Speaker wiring

Does anyone have wiring diagram for the speakers on a 2008 Monaco Knight 40DFT? Mine has a switch in the hatch above & in front of the driver's seat for switching between Home Theater and Radio. The speakers are a Bose surround system in the living area. It also has a pair of ceiling speakers in the bedroom. The receiver, with FM&CD, and inputs for TV will play thru the living area speakers when the switch is in Home Theater, with some exceptions that seem to be determined by the mode the receiver output is set to... Movie, Music... can't remember all of them, but some don't play the rear 2 speakers in the living area. And as for the radio (when the switch is in Radio position), the speakers in the living area play, except for the same 2 rear speakers in that area.

The bigger mystery is the bedroom speakers, which I've been told should play, or not, using a switch somewhere in the bedroom (swapping the sound back and forth between the living area and the bedroom). The only switch I've found in the bedroom turns the radio on or off (which the whole time is playing on the front speakers).

So, I'm clearly missing something, probably something obvious to other owners. The Monaco owners manual is vague about switch locations, although it seems to confirm the intended existence and purpose for those I've mentioned.

Help please?

Steve-

Diagram is at this post. Note: It has multiple pages.

Our coach has the factory-installed dash radio, a Magnadyne M9900CDS (link to manual here). There is an on/off switch in the rear. The coach does not have a separate switch to turn the speakers in the rear on or off. Instead, the radio controls the front-rear balance. Perhaps your coach works the same.

Mark - the wiring diagram looks like it will probably help if the problem is connectivity. However, I suspect your tip about the Fader control for front-rear speakers is my problem. I will try that in a few weeks when I get the beast out of storage for the next trip, and post the results. Thanks very much - Steve

Download these files when you have a good connection. I bought a factory CD for my 08 and these files are all included with many notes and name changes to help find what you need. Use your search mode to find the file paths and go to those where you may find many files that address your search.

Glad you have them. Feel free to share with everyone of course. My goal is to get as many copies out there as possible. This information must not disappear. In the next 20 years our coaches will be antiques and finding information could be difficult.
