You may have better luck searching for individual manuals for each appliance or item. Look for part or model numbers. Same with chassis parts. Usually RV manufacturers include a bundle of manuals with each manual being supplied by the device's manufacturer. The owners manual is similar to the kind in your cars glove compartment. It's more of an operators manual.

Unless your rig has the wrong shock installed, bad shocks usually cause excessive rocking or porpoising.
One thing that can cause a harsh ride is tire pressure. Filling to the max pressure printed on the tire is one, and even the pressure on the placard can be to high as it's the pressure required to carry the vehicles maximum load.
Weighing the rig and setting the proper pressures is the way to go.
