2008 Safari Trek Roof Delam

I have a friend looking at a 2008 safari trek. He says its in great shape except for some delamination on the roof that starts at the front seam and extends back about 12 feet. There is no evidence of any water damage on the inside ceiling or any anywhere else. He tells me when he walks on the roof it gives a little, but does not feel spongy. There is a satellite dome and a ceiling vent in the delamination area. Hopefully there are some Trek or other Monaco owners that can give some input whether this is a major issue, or what else to look for Thanks, Bruce

Ours dies that. I have been told by several shops that it happens on Monacos occasionally and not to worry (though it still bothers me?
