2009 Camelot Water Filter

Its been a while since I have been on iRV2 or posted. We had some issues that kept us at home rather than gallivanting about the country. But soon we hope to be back on the road again.

I have a 2009 Camelot and am looking for a model number and place to purchase replacement filters for the whole house water filter. Are there different types of replacement filters to choose from? Any recommendations?

Happy traveling!

Dave...these filters are pretty standard and should be available in Walmart, Lowe's, HD, etc. The package I'm looking at just says it's a "Universal 10 inch Cartridge" and fits a slew of whole house filters. I use the carbon filter.

I assume the 10 inch must be the length, is there a standard diameter for these as well?

The one on our 5'er is a Flow Pure #8 with the 8 being for the Carbon Filter. As far as I could tell when looking at the new Diplomat it would take the same filter.

Dave,
As has need posted, standard 10" cartridges fit in your filter housings. I use a sediment filter in the 1st position and a activated charcoal (carbon) filter in the 2nd position. If you want more choices than are available at the big box stores, here is a good web site:

ditto, I always carry a few spares too, especially if travels take us to unknown CG's... and they usually do.
