I ordered mine from these guy's.

Just measure your existing one, and send them the measurments.

As for sealant, you want Surebond SB-140 skylight and window sealant.

If you need a source for a new skylight, here are some

Fox Lite | The Leader in High Tech Skylights and Plastic Products

You should use Surebond to seal skylight (not Dicor). Surebond is a good substitute for butyl tape since it's butyl based.

It started leaking, on my way home a couple of yrs ago. Was just going to remove the Dicor sealant and re-seal it, but when I removed the layers of old sealant, all the corners of the mounting flange were cracked, and just fell off.

Decided to start from scratch.

Does anybody have the outer dimension for a 2009 Scepter PDQ
It looks to be 30x12
I can't measure as I have not removed the old sealant due to rain
Thanks

Dave, I would wait till you can measure your own. Pay attention to where the original screws are so you can be sure the flange on the replacement dome, will cover these holes.
Don't know about the other manufacturers listed here, but the Ezee tops I linked to, and purchased, the flange is only 1" wide. The original skylight flange was wider than that ( 1.5" or a bit more). I remember when I got mine thinking I should have ordered it 1/2" longer in each measurement, because the flange just covered the existing holes on one end.
I drilled all new screw holes.
