I think that $175,000 is a good price and if I didn't already had an 07 Diplomat and if I was buying right now I would take the deal.

Do chech the warranty options. What is available to you? What is the cost of the insurance?

As some have already mentionen there will be repair issues that you have to deal with. Having said that we are after 3 years of RVing capable of fixing maybe 95% of repair issues ourselves, and things that 3 years ago looked like catastrofies is today "a walk in the park". This is to a large extend made possible due to the extended knowledge of other IRV2er who are more than willing to share any knowledge that they have.

I bought a new 2009 Diplomat PDQ back in September 2009. The coach is fully loaded and even included a rare outdoor entertainment system which consists of a 37' LCD Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. The entertainment system is located curbside right above the cargo doors. Just behind the jack knife sofa.

I look at the overall cost which includes interest rates. I paid $173 @ 6.25% interest.

I just got back from Yellowstone and absolutely love the coach. Like others indicate, you will have little odds and ends to fix but nothing major !
