2011 monaco

I bought a new 2011 Monaco Riptide and after going through owners package I found information showing it was built on a 2008 Ford chassis, is this standard? I assumed it was a 2011 chassis, but at least a 2010.

Was it a 2008 registered in 2011? Dealer said it was new, and you are the first owner? deSanford

It was sold as new, and I bought it 09/09/2011. So I am assuming the chassis will be warranted as a 2011.

It isn't unusual to have a chassis older than the model date however in your case 2008 to 2011 is a bit much. In my experiance the warrenty on a new coach generally begins when you sign final paperwork and or pick up unit.
