Black tank flush system/sprayers are not working. No water will flow into the tank when connected to a water source w/up to 70 psi applied.

The tank has been routinely treated with pods designed to break down waste/paper.

Have driven a couple hundred miles with tank filled but the sprayer system remains seemingly clogged.

No direct access from the toilet due to the macerator system.

Any suggestions out there to resolve this?

This is a long shot, but in previous RV's I've had, there was a vacuum breaker on the pressure sprayer water line to the tank. Maybe yours has one and it's gone bad.

On mine, the spray nozzle holes were all clogged up. I had to take the nozzle out and poke the holes with a wire. Soaking alone with soap water for hours did nothing.
On my coach, found the nozzle at the opposite end of the black tank. I had to remove a panel to get to it.
Then mounted & resealed with new silicone.

Thanks for the response. What panel on the black tank do you use to access the spray hose fixture? My black tank sits on top of the fresh water tank.

The panel for the black tank on mine is inside a bay door on passenger side, opposite of the water bay. More of a beauty cover.
I assume it's original Monaco build although seems something I could have done at home. Just couple short 2x2's on the sides and the beauty cover attached to those with couple wood screws.
