Our couch with the pull out bed has a bent frame. We just found out out it is not under warranty or even our extended warranty. any thoughts on how to replace this without costing thousands of dollars?

Try contacting the Rev Group directly. If you explain what's going on, they may do something with it. It's worth a try. I had a lot of issues with our 2015 Ambassador and they took care of it all. It was still under warranty but they truly care and did a great job. They may be able to sell you the parts or it's possible to get them fabricated from a metal shop. Good luck.
