I’m sure most of us will be there. Don’t know what the big tent will be like but we’ll always have Beer Bellys

With just under 2 months till the the Quartzsite show our you rethinking about the safety of the gathering?.
Many states have put out warnings about gathering of to many people and dangers of getting COV19. Face mast may have to be required if AZ say so.
It’s going to be a wait and see how this is playing out in the next 30 days before some make the Commitment about going.
For now you all say safe and have the good Thanksgiving.

Q will never be the same. How could anyone think of going to Silly Al's or the big tent. I won't say anymore or the mod would be upset.

Quartsite

Im sure the morning & evening campfires will be fine, I myself will be looking forward to the solitude of the desert, that being trapped here in the city has given me a terrible tic. You can always tell when the call of the road is getting out of control when it has you sleeping in your RV in front of your house. Or pulling out the Rand McNally and lookin for different routes, Shuffling the underbelly storage to just get reconnected with your stuff.
So how does one locate any other members that may have shown up to the event, do we like dye our hair green, or wear pants with different colored legs, or on backwards...LOL
I understand distancing is important, I am prepared for a safe mingling around the campfires, however depending on the crowd we may need a campfire the size of my rig
Speaking of campfire where is a good place around there to buy firewood that doesn't cost a arm and a leg, personally I thought I should pull my utility trailer with several pallets for the fire gods sacrifice...

attending Q

Susan and I are planning on attending. Things certainly will be different, however, we will still have fun with friends. The "tent" and swap meet may be different but there are still things to see and do.

My wife and I are planning on joining our friends again this year. It would take more than Covid to keep me away. The Big Tent will be different, I hear there will be more booths outside and fewer inside. No big deal its our friends I want to see not the Big Tent anyway. Be safe everyone and enjoy Thanksgiving. Hope to see you in "Q"

Jan will be here soon... Q Time!!!

Can we pin the Quartzsite thread? Something will be happening, that's for sure, they just had a big gun show at the fairgrounds last weekend, had to wear masks but so far so good. AZ has not been hammered by Gestapo tactics so far. Looking forward to seeing friends, burning some wood, and doing some desert UTV runs. Hope everyone can make it and everyone is doing well.

Who is going to be up there early so we can get the circle marked out? I can go up and assist if needed, only 2 hours away.

Stay safe and look forward to seeing old friends.
